companiesThe business management function of organizing usually follows after planning. This involves the assignment of tasks, grouping of these tasks and the allocation of resources and people inside the organization. An organized company is an entity which its elements (people, systems, policies, information, properties, etc.,) are rearranged and placed in order. It is important for a company to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in its business operation. A simple capability to find things in the fastest possible time saves money. Why? Time is gold and gold is money. A minute lost in searching a certain important stuff misplaced in a disorganized work environment, is already a cost convertible in money. If you earn $100 an hour, then a 5 minute wasted time in searching a particular office document will already cost $8.33.  Read more

small-business-managementWhen people think of business, they usually think of profit and money. When people think of management, they usually see a person or group of persons wearing nice coats and ties. All of these are like viewpoints seen on a tip of an iceberg which still had unseen deeper notions under it. Being in business should not only mean being in a quest to financial wealth. Likewise, management doesn’t only mean a process which can be handled by people who have finished college or master’s degree in business management or administration.

For big companies, management is well-funded and well-established. But how about those small entities which obviously don’t have huge money to spend to establish a well-placed management structure? The answer is… they don’t actually need big bucks to have a management system that will effectively and efficiently run their small companies. What small entrepreneurs need is a great participation in their small businesses. This rigorous participation means great investment of time, passion and personal qualities (i.e., intelligence, wisdom, emotional strength, ability to influence and lead people, etcetera). Read more

love-godI just browsed the internet to search an answer on how many laws are there in the world today. Some reference said there are hundreds of thousands of them. Yahoo’s Answers give me a rough estimate of millions of permanent and changing laws on Earth. Finally, I realized that it’s very hard to determine the precise number of existing rules on the planet. This is true since there are many countries in the world and every country has numerous laws. Within a country, there are also several local bodies which implements regulations. Even in our own home and in our office, we make a lot of polices.

Laws and policies are created to establish and promote harmony between parties. Business laws are also implemented to preserve and protect organizations and persons who are doing business. The law on obligations and contract, for example, was instituted to protect the rights and wellness of the parties on a contract. Justice and righteousness are what laws on Earth uphold. Furthermore, the law on sales also exists to defend the rights and well-beings of not only the sellers but also of the buyers. There are so many codes which are directed even just in commerce. Here is also the corporation law that regulates the corporations. Insurance, agency, banking, taxation, investing and labor laws are also rulings which are established to preserve the harmony in the social and commercial system. But do we really need to know all the rules to become righteous in our every decision? Read more
