I have already written hundred of articles on this site. Most of those articles tackle about business and marketing which also relatively discuss a client and a customer. If you have been following my articles, especially those that talk about marketing, you will notice that the term client and customer have been used interchangeably. Unless a reader has a deep marketing savvy, he can easily distinguish the two. But we cannot assume that all the readers here are business gurus. This is the second article in our business face-off series. Previously, we have brought vis-à-vis the entrepreneur and the employee. This time we will bring face to face the two professionals who play very important roles in business life cycle. Accountants, as we usually know, are responsible for recording, analyzing, summarizing and reporting an entity’s economic transactions. I have decided to add a new category in this blog that I believe will become interesting for me and my readers. I started adding the category “Business Face-off” as you can see in my category menu above. I believe that putting two things in a showdown by means of descriptions and differentiations will help readers to clearly understand these two things.
