The true meaning of Christmas everyone has forgotten

What is the true meaning of Christmas? Unfortunately, most people don’t know it, and some of them who know it, don’t understand it. Because humans were naturally born with eyes that can see material things, they became blind on things that the physical eyes cannot see. Sounds very unfathomable? Okay, I will rephrase it simply. Humans are accustomed to see the material world. Consequently, they become unfamiliar to the spiritual world. I heard someone saying “we must put a Christmas tree in our house so that we can have the spirit of Christmas.” I’ve also observed many people feeling unhappy because they don’t have money to buy gifts and buy food for the Nochebuena or the night of Christmas Eve. Are Christmas decorations, wrapped gifts, palatable foods, tasty wines, new dresses and money the true meaning of Christmas? Wise men will say of course not. What most people don’t know is that the true meaning of Christmas is not seen by our eyes but is seen by our hearts. Read more

Busy… this is what describes most of business owners and entrepreneurs. Because of so much work and stress, they become physically unfit. Some of them are craving to earn so much profit while earning different diseases. What is the essence of gaining so much money if you will just spend them in paying your hospital bills? What is the significance of becoming rich if you will only die soonest? Greediness makes people sick. This is because greedy people overwork and abuse their selves just to grab everything they can see. Lies make people stressed. This is because liars are not free and always have sleepless nights. Also, proud persons don’t have comfort. This is because they can’t do everything they need to do because of fear in losing their pride. In other words, what behind the sickness and wickedness of all people, especially the businessmen and entrepreneurs, are evils that are already residing in their hearts. Read more

Meeting is an essential activity that must be regularly conducted in an organization. Whatever and whoever are involved – business owners, employees or customer… meetings should be done effectively. But how can we do that? By assembling people together and telling them what to do? And then by making these people follow our desires and commands, we can already consider that we had an effective meeting? No, we cannot absolutely consider that as a successful meeting. Rather, we may call that an effective announcement or an accomplished instruction. Managers and leaders are the ones who control meetings in an organization. For this reason, they should realize one important thing – the essence of a meeting. Read more
How to become rich and have a long life?

I’ve been busy for the past few days reading the Bible and searching for wisdom and understanding from God. The holy scriptures are the greatest book and the no. 1 most published book of all time having been published for more than 6 billion copies worldwide. But beyond its popularity, the Bible is a book of truth for Christians and what makes it the greatest book for me is God’s incapability to lie. His impossibility to lie makes the scriptures veracious and reliable. I know atheists around the world will again become antagonists on this. If you are one of them and you don’t want to believe it, you may leave now please. This is not the right article for you because God’s wisdom will not be understood by the unbelievers.
But for the faithful one, behold for the glory and grace of God. He wants you and He wants us to be rich and have a long life. Please read and accept God’s wisdom with all your heart. Read more

Leadership is the process of using values and principles to govern and influence people to effect a change for improving each person and the organization as a whole to accomplish a common goal. This is my humble definition of leadership. Romans 12:8 of the Bible even describes “to lead” as “to govern diligently” which also means leadership requires hard work not only physically but more than that, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Great leadership is essential in business, political, societal, spiritual and other organizations. That’s why, a leader should see to it that he possess all the qualities and values of a great leader and never stop learning from them. The following are five basic and fundamental ways to become a great leader: Read more
