Introduction to Karma
Karma, universally known as the “theory of cause and effect”, is not a strange term to every grown man on this planet. Karma is a concept applied by many religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Jainism. It can also be understood in the theory of “ethic of reciprocity” as a universal rule for almost every great religion on Earth including Christianity, Islam and others. The concept of the effects on what you do, say and think to others is what Karma is all about.
Types of Karma
Karma can be a good karma or a bad karma. These two types of Karma will depend on what you do or what you have caused to other people. Simply, if you have done bad things to others, then you will get bad karma. On the other hand, if you have done good thing to others, then you will earn good karma. Does earning good karma sounds easy? It may sound easy but is hard when you try it to do and make it a habit. What is easier is living a life without really giving much attention on what you do. But this kind of living will just put us near from bad karmas.

During the earliest era of our planet, when monarchs and millionaires do not exist yet, people are considered equal in terms of acquiring their necessities. There are no poor and there are no rich people. Everyone enjoys the abundant resources of the Earth. But when money was invented, humans were divided into two categories – the poor and the rich. The rich people indulge the treasures of the Earth, while the poor people suffer starvation and scarcity of their basic needs. This reality hurts! People should have been equally enjoying the resources of this planet. People should be equal again. With all of us eating the same foods, drinking the same liquids, wearing the same kind of dresses and living in the same kind of houses. However, we cannot just ask the millionaires and the billionaires to distribute their riches to other people to financially and economically equalize all the people in this world.
My idea is to make all the people millionaires. We shall not pull the rich people down to make them poor and make us all equally poor. We shall lift ourselves high to make us rich and make all the people equally rich. Read more

What would be the effect if there will be a love and romantic relationship between co-workers in a working place? Will it create a negative or a positive effect in the organization? Or will it depend on the kind of relationship the employees will have? Some companies and employers disallow their employees to have such relationship. There are many reasons why they don’t allow such occurrence. One reason is to avoid the possibility of connivance between couples – this is to maintain a strong internal control in an organization. Some say that the unpleasant and high emotions that the relationship will bring when the couple is in a quarrel will cause a negative impact on the people around them. This impact goes through the mental, emotional and spiritual channels of humanism. It includes additional stress that may deter the efficiency and effectiveness of the workers’ output in the company’s operations. With these reasons, employers may become pessimistic enough to prevent such existence of relationship. Other employers stand for the axiom “prevention is better than cure”. Read more

“The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but those of everyone who is hasty, surely to poverty.” Proverbs 21:5
In business, we should not become careless and in a hurry. We should posses the virtue of patience and diligence. Business success is not instantly achieved. It should be carried out with sacrifices and endurance to attain long-term success. Intelligence, talents and skills are not enough without diligence. Remember the story of the turtle and the rabbit? The two agreed to have a race. The rabbit has all the advantage since he is so fast compare to the turtle. Because of that advantage, the rabbit just sleep under the three after surpassing the turtle during the middle of the race, thinking the turtle is too slow and he can win the race even if he will sleep for a while.
