Our business should grow like a tree
So even if we need to count years, be worry free
Let’s just nurtured it patiently and consistently
For it is how it will stabilize and gain continuity.
Our business should not grow like a grass
Which is quick and easy to sprout
For how it grows overnight,
That is how it’ll be removed easily by a knife.
Interesting poem. For a business to successfully grow, you definitely don't want to rush anything. Often times when a business expands too fast, the company cannot keep up with the growth. You need to take your time and do things properly. It is better to grow slowly than it is to grow quickly only for that growth to quickly fall off after.

Good written about business growth. Yes, sometimes starting business growth fast than it's go down year by year.
