  • Yeah viral marketing is important! For real estate agents, you don't have to go sending postcards and brochures anymore. You can get clients right from the internet as long as you know how to use social media like facebook, youtube, myspace, etc. Came across this link realestatecrusher(.)com just a few hours ago. I understand Matthew's point (the guy in the video and tutorials).
