Ten features and qualities of a good leader

1. Two eyes – to see to it twice

2. Two ears – to hear both sides

3. One tongue – to honor a single word

4. Sensible skin – to feel the needs of his people

5. Healthy hair – to protect people

6. Big heart – to love and respect people

7. Powerful mind – to solve tough problems

8. Pure spirit – to be true and faithful

9. Strong hands – to firmly handle people

10. Quick feet – to efficiently run an organization

11. Blood and veins – to connect and unite his people
